Agreement
By enrolling in any ISLITE programme, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not enrol. The institute reserves the right to update these terms; material changes will be communicated to enrolled students by email.
What you receive
On payment confirmation, you receive lifetime access to the Magnet Masterclass, the Silent Skills Handbook, the Assessment Drills, and the Real-Time Test Review, in their current and any future updated form.
What you may not do
Programme materials are licensed to you personally. You may not share access credentials, redistribute the handbook, record the masterclass for resale, or use the materials to train automated systems. Violations void access without refund.
No guarantee of score
We are confident in the framework and our students' outcomes speak for themselves. We do not, however, guarantee any specific IELTS band score. Performance on the test depends on the work you put in.
Limitation of liability
ISLITE Institute's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the programme. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the materials.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
