Our promise
If you complete the Magnet Masterclass and at least one full drill set, and you do not feel the programme was worth what you paid, we will refund you in full. No interrogation, no retention call.
The window
Refund requests must reach us within 14 calendar days of your enrolment date. Past that window, the programme is non-refundable — by design, so that the introductory price holds.
How to request
Email refund@islite.institute with your enrolment email and the date you completed the Masterclass. We process refunds within 5 working days to the same payment method you used.
What disqualifies a refund
We will decline a refund where there is evidence of redistribution of the materials, account-sharing, or any breach of the Terms of Service.
